Mad About Grain “BrewStillery” will be a manufacturing facility and brew pub in the Western Chicago suburbs. We’ll provide hearty grain derived products including craft beer, craft distilled spirits, and value conscious grain-based fair. In addition to our beverage menu, Mad About Grain will offer in-house baked goods such as breads, pretzels and pizzas using ingredients utilized in the manufacturing of beer and distilled spirits.
